Order Processing

I do my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and ship orders in a timely manner. Keep in mind that processing times do not take into account the time it takes to ship your order.

Custom crystal tree orders currently have a processing time between 2-4 weeks. Please plan accordingly when purchasing for gifts needed by a specific date. These items are handmade to order and take more time to process than other items in my shop.

Please allow between 3-5 business days to process orders for all other items in my shop.

Shipping Information

Customers will receive an email confirmation with order details for successfully placed orders. Please review and ensure the correct shipping address has been entered. I am not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address you provided.

Shipping and tracking info will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping address and the package size and weight. Expedited shipping services are also available at checkout. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

International Shipping

I ship worldwide! International shipping costs are determined by the shipping address, size of package, and type of postage. Please be aware that international shipping may take up to a month to arrive.

Customers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or tariffs that may apply for international delivery. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
